Sometimes it's as hard as it seems
As the title says, I was once a guy who was 285 lbs at only 5”9 and a low amount of muscle weight too. It was a very tough journey to get to where I am now and this is why I’ve decided to make my own online journal to track my progress and get my life back on track.
Here’s a little bit about me, my name is Johnny and I’ll be using this site to help track my progress as I try to hit my goal weight of 170lbs. For my stats this is what I’m currently at, currently at 268 lbs with a 42” waist line. I plan is to drop down to at least 230 by the end of August and hopefully under 200 by the time the end of the year hits. I’ll be tracking every thing in my blog posts so be sure to follow me!
The beginning: So I started by getting my own treadmill at home because I was too embarrassed to go to the gym. I went to http://cardiomachines.org/ and It helped me pick out exactly what I needed so I could get started as soon as it arrived. Next I look at a couple of cardio workouts that I could do with my new treadmill and came across mens fitness that really helped me get into the groove.

The first few weeks sucked! I was so tired so fast but I knew I had to push on so I kept running as much as I could until my body was completely depleted and kept it up for about 2 months. During that time I dropped about 17 lbs and got down to 268 from my starting 285. This shows that you can really lose a good amount of weight as long as you put your mind to it.
I’ll be posting my results once a month so be sure to check my blog to see what I’ve lost and my progress!
